Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Rental Roles:
- Security deposit: 2.000 Euros with pre-authorization on credit card.
- Check-in time is from 16:00 to 19:00; Check-Out time is by 9:30am. Check-in out of hours extra 60 euros.
- The rates include:
- House cleaning every day (7 hours a day)
- Daily change of bath towels, change of pool towels and bed linens twice a week;
- Final cleaning;
- Baby cot and high chairs
- Continental breakfast with self-catering service (Milk, butter, season fruit, bread, cheese, honey, jam, Nutella, coffee cream, eggs, coffe, cappuccino, arrange juice, water, yogurt, cereals, croissant, biscuits, staff is also at disposal to prepare toast, pancake, crepes, fried eggs, omelette, scrambled eggs).
- Extra costs:
- City tax: € 3,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards)
- Extra bed upon request Euro 130.00 per day maximum 2.
- Assistance
- We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on our emergency contact which will be provided at the check-in.
- We can offer assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.
