Proceed along Ann Street past the first row of townhouses until you reach the laneway. Turn right down the laneway and following the road around to the right hand side. You will see two further rows of townhouses. Locate Unit 5 on the right hand side. At the entrance you will see the electrical meter box. To the left of this is a lockbox. Please enter the code 2813 and press the black lever to release the cover. Retrieve the keys inside and please remember to close the lockbox and scramble the code. The key can be used to open the apartment door. You will find a second set of keys on the table inside the front entrance - the garage remote on this set can be used by pressing the button at the top and the roller door will open automatically. Upon checkout, please leave one set of keys on the front entrance table and lock all doors behind you. Place the second set of keys into the lockbox located next to the front door. Use the code 2813 to open the lockbox. Please ensure the lockbox is closed and the code is scrambled. Private entrance and parking garage. Parking Instructions: Upon arrival at Unit 5 Otto Avenue, you will see a single car garage connected to the townhouse. Press the top button on the green car park remote provided to open the garage roller door. Once you have parked your car you can press the top button of the remote control to close the garage. There is direct access into the townhouse from the garage via an internal door.
