This welcoming 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is nestled in Sedona’s highly desirable Chapel area. Enjoy breathtaking red rock views from both the spacious interior and the peaceful backyard. Just a short walk from the iconic Cathedral Rock trail, you’ll also be near some of Sedona’s best hiking and biking paths, scenic swimming holes, golf courses, and beautiful community parks. Welcome to your perfect Sedona retreat! This spacious and inviting home features four beautifully furnished bedrooms—two with plush king beds and two with cozy queen beds—offering plenty of room for family and friends. The primary suite includes a private ensuite bath, while a second full bathroom serves the other bedrooms. Gather around the pool table in the family room or take in the stunning views from the kitchen and dining area. Step outside to enjoy a gas fire pit, outdoor seating, and serene desert surroundings. Ideally situated near some of Sedona’s most iconic hiking trails—including the breathtaking Cathedral Rock—you’ll have adventure right at your doorstep. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays. Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite bathroom Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Bedroom 4: Queen Bed + Full Bathroom in the hallway in-between the bedrooms Guests have access to the entire home via keypad entry It’s best to rent a car in Sedona. Also, please use the local Free, Sedona Shuttle, for trailhead transportation. Please note that no pets are allowed Check in is 4 p.m. Check out is 10 a.m. No exceptions. We use TRUVI as part of our guest screening process. Your TRUVI application must match the primary guest name on the reservation. Per city and state laws, your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. -That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. -The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request. We do not accept mail at this address. No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated. No Mountain Bikes or muddy shoes are allowed inside the house. Local Quiet Hours are 9 p.m. - 9 a.m. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated. Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban. We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping. By law this home may NOT be used for events, parties or large gatherings. We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals! Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture. Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.
