✫ There is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premise.
✫ No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.
