This completely remodeled 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo provides a level of

This condo has TWO master suites, a real bonus when looking for a vacation
rental that will maximize your space and privacy. The first master bedroom
features a built-in king-sized bed, 32-inch TV with streaming capabilities,
plus a en-suite remodeled bathroom with tub/shower and vanity.
The second master is located on the beach side and boasts balcony access and
views of the gulf. It also features a built-in king-sized bed, a 43-inch TV
with streaming capabilities, plus en-suite bathroom. The stunningly upgraded
bathroom features a tile and glass walk-in shower.

This unit is professionally managed by Property Manager. As a guest, you have
the peace of mind knowing we are always a phone call away.
Check-in is 4:00 pm (central time) Check out is 10:00am (central time)
Shores of Panama charges a parking/resort fee of $90.00. This is per stay, and
not per person. This fee provides your parking pass plus wristbands for all
guests in your party - giving you access to all the amenities including
private beach access, pools, fitness center etc. You will pick up your packet
from the concierge at the resort upon arrival.
*ANY booking made within 48 hours of arrival will require CC and matching ID on file - no exceptions. The reservation will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
**Registered guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent
or guardian.**
Registered guest must complete a rental agreement which asks for the names and
ages of all occupants as well as requires a credit/debit card be placed on
file to protect the condo against damages.
No smoking. No pets.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING! Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires
all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children.
All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-
issued ID, such as a driver’s license, at the time of booking. Property
Manager is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the
City of Panama City Beach. Property Manager is legally required to obtain the
names and ages of ALL occupants of the property, regardless of age, for
inspection from the City of Panama City Beach. This ordinance is in effect for
High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates as
determined by the city when needed. Property Manager takes this ordinance
seriously, the fines that could be enforced upon Property Manager could
include loss of our rental license. Remember, city ordinances take precedence
over policies of 3rd party sites such as OTA and OTA. If you aren’t
comfortable providing the above-mentioned documentation as required by the
city, we suggest booking elsewhere. You must be at least 25 years of age to
rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one
(1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.
Ordinance 1667 also states that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied
by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00pm. This includes
parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian
during curfew hours of 8:00pm to 5:00am while inside the city limits of Panama
City Beach. This includes sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores,
public parks, etc. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult
guardian. Violation of the ordinance can result in fines to the parent or
guardian and eviction from the property by the city. This ordinance is in
effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 – Memorial Day, and other dates
as determined by the city when needed.
Why is this ordinance in place? In recent years, Panama City Beach has been
overrun by minors and young adults looking to do nothing more than start
trouble in our city. City officials have enacted this ordinance to take a
stance against this type of behavior, and make it an enjoyable area for
everyone again.
