This condo has been refreshed with new paint, flooring & Lanai carpeting, very
clean, all updated in June 2025.
The kitchen is well stocked to prepare your favorite meals with quality

and mountain views. It’s located directly across the street from Magic Sands
Beach; the only white sand beach between Kailua & Keauhou.
The complex has a beautiful pool & spa area, lush tropical landscaping and two
tennis courts. Other amenities include a paperback library and pool table
area. Elevator access as well!
A large covered barbecue area located by the pool with four barbecues. White
Sands Village is located between downtown Kailua and Keauhou where there are
theaters, grocery stores, shops and restaurants!
