With the ability to sleep up to 12 guests, it’s designed for both comfort and convenience. Property Highlights: 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms: Plenty of space for everyone. Spacious Front Porch: Ideal for gathering and enjoying the outdoors. Sleeping Arrangements: All bedrooms are located upstairs, with a sleeper sofa available on the main level. The master bedroom includes a sleeper sofa and an en-suite bathroom, while the bunk room features full-sized beds. The third bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the bunk room. Additional Amenities: A bathroom on the lower level for added convenience. Parking Information: A $500 fee applies for lost parking passes. Whether you’re here to enjoy the beach, the pier, or the local park, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location for your Galveston getaway. Home Rules Quiet hours 9 pm-9 am. No pets allowed Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed. This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
