With the ability to sleep up to 12 guests, it’s designed for both comfort and convenience.

Sleeping Arrangements: All bedrooms are located upstairs, with a sleeper sofa available on the main level. The master bedroom includes a sleeper sofa and an en-suite bathroom, while the bunk room features full-sized beds. The third bedroom shares a hallway bathroom with the bunk room.
Additional Amenities: A bathroom on the lower level for added convenience.
Parking Information: A $500 fee applies for lost parking passes.

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store.
