Situated on the sunny side of Valtournenche, it’s close to the ski lifts (600 meters), easily accessible by ski bus or a 5-minute walk. Essential shops and services are just below the apartment, including two typical restaurants, a mini market, and a delightful cheese factory that offers daily delivery of fresh milk from local Valtournenche farmers, a selection of typical cheeses, yogurt, and local products. Valtournenche marks the beginning of the Cervino Ski Paradise ski area with a quick connection to Cervinia-Zermatt, linked by ski lifts with skis always on. Ample parking allows easy access even by car. In Breuil-Cervinia (8km), thanks to the new direct connection Plateau Rosa-Zermatt, you can conveniently experience traveling between the two renowned ski resorts without skis, from Breuil-Cervinia to Zermatt through the highest Alpine border crossing! The area also offers spectacular summer environments and untouched alpine villages, along with a range of mountain sports immersed in nature. These include summer skiing up to 3500 meters at Plateau Rosa (a half-hour cable car ride from Cervinia), mountain biking with lift access, mountaineering, high-altitude trekking, leisurely walks, and golf (an 18-hole course in Cervinia, the highest in Italy). The lounge area is perfect for entertaining movie nights, equipped with a Smart TV boasting a large 55-inch HD screen and streaming capabilities, complemented by unlimited 4G WiFi throughout the accommodation. The sleeping area is family-friendly with three large, simply furnished bedrooms that emphasize spaciousness while providing practical and ample wardrobe space; all bedrooms are adjacent to an airy bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
