While our Fort Myers Beach community continues to rebuild from the impact of recent hurricanes, and though our island paradise may look a bit different than it once did, the sun continues to shine each day and brings with it spectacular sunsets to savor and new memories to be made. Ongoing renovations are taking place throughout Fort Myers Beach. Many local shops and restaurants continue to reopen and welcome your support with a visit to Fort Myers Beach!
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, nestled in a quiet community called Admiral’s Bay on the south end of the island, is ready to welcome you to our little slice of paradise!
With over 800 square feet of living space, your group of up to four will enjoy:
Open, comfortably furnished, main living space opening to the screened balcony overlooking the lagoon behind the property; large wall-mounted Smart TV with basic cable; dining area with table seating 4
Kitchen with full-size appliances including refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Cookware, dinnerware and many kitchen tools and small electrical appliances; eating bar with bar stool seating for 4
Split floor plan with guest bedrooms at front and back of the condo offering privacy for guests; all beds made for your arrival with provided linens
Primary bedroom with king bed, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan, and private ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower
Second bedroom with 2 twin beds, small wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan and access to guest bathroom with combination bathtub and shower (bathroom is also accessible from the main living area)

Stairs and an elevator are available to take you to the to the 2nd level condo unit
One assigned covered parking space is located directly underneath the unit, with additional parking on a 1st come,1st serve basis. RV or Trailer parking is NOT PERMITTED.
The Admiral’s Bay community is located on the highly desired south end of Estero Island. Within the community you’ll find a heated pool with sundeck, sun loungers, Tiki hut, BBQ grill, tables and chairs for gathering with new friends. You’re close the island’s CVS drugstore, 7-11 convenience store and the newly restored Santini Plaza, where new shops, farmer’s market and more are beginning to open. Across Estero Boulevard you’ll find 7 miles of our white sandy beach, dazzling Gulf waters and sunsets you’ll remember long after your time in Southwest Florida has come to an end. (The public beach access is located at Flamingo Road.)
When you aren’t at the beach, Estero Island is home to local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, boat/water sport and bicycle rentals. You’re a few minutes’ drive to the popular Times Square & Bayside Park, which are the heart of Fort Myers Beach.
Take the Island’s Beach Trolley (when available, seasonally) to wherever you wish to explore on the island, including family amusements, day or sunset cruises, fishing charters and numerous restaurants, happy hours and entertainment venues. Don’t forget the day ferry excursions to Key West, and a trip to the Everglades!
Drive south off the island to Lover’s Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples; north off the island you’ll find the pristine beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island; you’ll also want to visit the newly revitalized downtown Fort Myers - a great spot for dining and nightlife. Fort Myers is also home to the Spring Training facilities of the Minnesota Twins, the Boston Red Sox, and lots of golf!
This property is approximately 25 miles from RSW International Airport.
