You’ll find everything you need, including modern appliances, cooking essentials, a Samsung double-door refrigerator, and a Keurig Dual Brewer to start your mornings right. Sleeping Arrangements: Main House (5 Bedrooms): - Master Suite: King bed, twin-over-twin trundle daybed, ensuite bathroom with dual shower heads, soaking tub, his-and-hers sinks, and massive walk-in closet with sliding barn doors - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, private closet, Smart TV, shared hallway bathroom access - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, private closet, Smart TV, shared hallway bathroom access - Bedroom 4: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom - Bedroom 5: King bed, ensuite bathroom Golf Simulator Room: - Two full-size sleeper sofas for additional guests Separate Casita (outdoor access): - King bed, full ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, private outdoor seating area with gas firepit Total Sleeping Capacity: Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably Pool heating is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay. Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided the renter is responsible for no damages or incidents. Any tampering with security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
