Newly renovated, 445 Captains Walk is a gorgeous 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 3rd floor villa offering fabulous panoramic views of the ocean from both the living room and the master bedroom. This upscale villa offers a soothing color scheme with light blue walls, beach decor and has all new vinyl plank floors that lead from the entry way and throughout the kitchen, living and dining room.
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and in the back corner there is a stacked washer and dryer. The dining room has a glass topped table for six and a small desk. The living room is elegantly appointed with new furniture, accentuating the dramatic view over the pool to the ocean. There is a blue sofa, four accent chairs, and a 65" SMART TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony where there is a high-top table for four.
To the right of the entrance are the bedrooms. The guest room has two queen beds, a chair, and a mounted 43” TV. The bathroom can be accessed from the hall or guest room and has a single granite vanity and tub/shower combo. At the opposite end of the hall is the tastefully decorated master bedroom with inviting views from a wall of windows. Relax in luxury in the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, 55" SMART TV, chair, and bench seat. The renovated master bath has a single granite vanity and a walk-in shower.
Captains Walk is in the highly desirable Palmetto Dunes Plantation, where guests can enjoy a large oceanfront pool with multiple sun decks and a large, covered deck, perfect for picnics or to get out of the sun. There is also a charcoal grilling area and a children’s pool. Surrounded by palm trees and a fantastic view of the ocean, guests will feel like they have been transported to a tropical paradise.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
