Located on the 1st floor, the amazing eye level views of the ocean will take your breath away. And once you take in the beautiful ceramic tile floors, wainscoting, tall windows, and plush modern furnishings with an “island twist”, you will be so delighted you may not want to leave! Upon entering the foyer, immediately to your right is a large, luxurious Master bedroom with tall ceilings, moldings, and a King bed. With impressive dark wood dressers, head board, and ceiling fan, the décor is casual and upscale. There is a walk-in closet and a flat screen TV facing the bed. Big sliding glass doors head out to a private balcony with brand new bar height table and two chairs so you can enjoy the ocean views. The gorgeous master bath has natural-stone porcelain tiles and a step-in glass-enclosed shower with both a rainfall shower head and a hand-held one as well. There are double sinks in the coppery-flecked granite vanity. To the left, off the foyer, is a bedroom with 2 queen beds, a flat screen TV, and a large closet. Woven sea grass headboards, carved wood furniture, and light coral tropical print spreads give this room a distinctive island feel. There is a roomy bathroom that also opens into the hallway, with a large Jacuzzi tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, and linen closet as well. Heading down the hall towards the main living area there is a washer and dryer to your left behind 2 big double doors. You will be delighted when you enter the open floor plan of the living room, kitchen, and dining area and get a look at the wonderful tall windows and sliding glass doors and the view beyond! The brand new fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and beautiful light wood cabinets. A breakfast bar seats 2. In the living room there is a big, plush L-shaped sofa and 2 comfortable swivel armchairs right by the windows. There is a big flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room, but honestly, the view is much more captivating! In the dining area there is a wooden table that seats 6. The living room balcony, which can also be accessed by the dining area, provides more of that direct oceanfront view overlooking the landscaped lawn and the sparkling Sea Crest pools off to your right.
