2206 Sea Crest is a tastefully decorated 2-bedroom/2-bath villa on the second floor of the Sea Crest complex. There are light hardwood floors throughout and light gray walls. The view from the balcony is of the beautifully landscaped water gardens, pool and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
In the main living area hall closet is the full-size washer and dryer. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a blue/gray queen sleeper sofa, two tan armchairs, and a 55" TV. The covered balcony has two chairs and offers beautiful views of the water gardens to the ocean to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail! The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with two seats. The adjacent dining room has a mirrored accent wall and a rustic wood table that seats eight. Plenty of seating for meals and game playing!
The Master bedroom, to the right of the foyer, features a King bed, ceiling fan, 46” TV, a desk and a private balcony overlooking the water gardens. The adjoining bathroom has a large soaking tub, a separate shower, and a double vanity. To the left of the foyer is the guest bedroom that has two Queen beds, ceiling fan, 32” flat screen TV and a bath that is shared with the hallway. This bathroom has a large soaking tub, a double vanity, and a separate walk-in shower.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.

Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
The island's dedication to environmental preservation is evident in its nature reserves. The Sea Pines Forest Preserve offers walking trails through wetlands and forests where wildlife like alligators and various bird species can be spotted. Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge is another excellent location for hiking and wildlife viewing.
