1204 Sea Crest is a 2nd floor villa on Hilton Head Island in the beautiful Forest Beach area. It is a bright and colorful, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom accommodation. This villa is tastefully decorated with beach décor, beautiful hardwood floors, and light green walls. A nice shelf with baskets is in the foyer to help store your shoes or miscellaneous items.
When entering the villa to the left of the foyer is the master bedroom. It features a king bed, a walk-in closet, 44" TV and a private covered balcony with two high-top blue Adirondack chairs. There are great views of the lush water gardens, pool, and the ocean. This bedroom has a private bath featuring double sinks and an updated large walk-in glass shower.
Off the foyer to the right is the guest bedroom that has two double beds, a bench seat, 32" TV, walk-in closet, and access to the shared hall bathroom featuring double sinks, a soaking tub, and separate walk-in shower.
In the main living area hall closet is the full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new cabinets, beautiful granite countertops that were just installed, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that seats three. In the adjacent dining room, the glass topped table seats four. This area has a white shiplap accent wall and a large dining room clock. In the comfortable living room, you will find a gray queen sleeper sofa, two swivel chairs, and a mounted 58” TV. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony where there is a small table and two chairs. Enjoy the views of the water gardens, pool, and ocean while sipping on your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
The Sea Crest Resort is located just steps from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean and offers a variety of amenities such as two oceanfront pools, hot tub, children’s pool, fitness center and beautifully landscaped gardens. You are also within walking distance of Coligny Plaza where you will find over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Sea Crest is one of the premier Hilton Head Island resorts.
