The living room has a blue queen sleeper sofa, four comfortable chairs, a mounted 55” TV and a DVD player. The large windows make this villa very inviting and bright. Off the living area is a private covered balcony that overlooks Coligny Plaza and offers beautiful distant views of the ocean. There is a table that seats four plus two lounge chairs. You will spend many hours relaxing and enjoying the view during your stay. There are 2 bedrooms, the master suite is off the living room and offers a king bed, accent chair and a 32” TV. There is also access to the balcony. The private master bath has a single vanity, separate soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is at the front of the villa and has beautiful décor, two new double beds with rattan headboards, an accent chair and 32” TV. The private bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. A rooftop pool and hot tub add to the coolness factor at this condo!
