On the first living level, an open-concept design welcomes you with a fully stocked kitchen that’s a chef’s dream, complete with gleaming appliances and everything you need to whip up a feast. The dining area seats eight at a grand table, with three additional spots at the kitchen bar, perfect for lively group meals or casual snacks. The adjacent living room invites relaxation with a Smart TV and plush seating, while the expansive oceanfront deck beckons you to step outside and soak in panoramic views of the Atlantic, with Jekyll and Cumberland Islands shimmering in the distance. Ascend to the second level, where two serene bedrooms await, each with a cozy queen bed, a Smart TV, and direct access to another oceanfront deck that showcases the beach’s endless beauty. Winding stairs are located outside the home (beach side). See note regarding elevators below. Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 4 Smart TVs located in this property. (Streaming Only- Guest must use their own accounts) • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest. Bedding Includes: 1 King 2 Queens 1 Daybed with trundle 1 Comfortable Futon 1 Set of Bunks Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!
