The quintessential Australian beach stay is just a click away at Pacific Waves Pet Friendly Beach House! This Australian 1960’s beach house has a peaceful rural outlook but is only 200m to Kingscliff’s gorgeous Dreamtime Beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and elevated to capture ocean breezes, your stay will be comfortable, peaceful and private.
Bring your dog and relax knowing they can run off their energy with the kids in the large fully fenced backyard! With timber floorboards and a spacious yard, this home captures the charm and nostalgia of old-school beach holidays spent relaxed and barefoot.
The enclosed alfresco dining area complete with 8-seater dining table and soundbar is the heart of the home and is perfect for relaxing, socialising and morning coffees. The Weber BBQ is great for crafting relaxed family meals by the beach. The large windows provide a lovely outlook to the adjacent land, but the louvres and blinds can be closed when you want additional privacy or to close off from the elements. With fairy lights and an over-table heater, you are promised cozy evenings on the deck.
The bright and airy kitchen is complete with dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, double-door fridge and a stovetop. The indoor dining table accommodates 4 people.
The front sunroom provides a large desk to work with the included WiFi, or read and relax on the comfortable daybed.
The downstairs undercover area is a great spot to laze in the hammock/hammock chair or relax in the Adirondack chairs while watching the kids or the dog. If you’re lucky you may spot some cows roaming in the adjacent land, while you sip your favourite drink during the gorgeous sunsets.
Your home away from home features games & books, 2 bikes for guest use (use at your own risk) as well as 2 bodyboards and a beach cart with assorted beach toys.
This home has a lock up garage suitable for 1 standard or 2 small cars, plus additional parking in the single carport in the back yard or several vehicles down the side of the house. With ample parking, this property is a Cooly Rocks On enthusiast’s or fisherman’s delight- bring the cars or boat- or walk straight over to the beach! The garage has a large storage area to the side, perfect for keeping your surfboards safe on holidays.
The living room features comfortable furniture, ceiling fan, split-system air-conditioning and a Smart TV for your convenience and comfort on holidays.
Enjoy drifting off to sleep to the sound of the pacific waves and the comfortable ocean breezes. The master bedroom has a ceiling fan and comfortable Queen bed, perfect for rest after your busy beach days. The 2nd bedroom features 2 King singles, but can be converted to a king size upon request. Guests must contact Coastline Holiday Group agent directly by phone within 1 business day of booking to make the request. Requests made after this timeframe may not guarantee the option or could be subject to additional charges. Bedroom 2 also features a ceiling fan and ample storage space in the built-in-robes.
The upstairs main bathroom features a shower, heated towel rack and separate toilet. For your convenience after visits to the beach, a basic shower is fitted off the garage, as well as an additional separate toilet.

The property is only 200m from the beach, 12 minutes drive to Gold Coast airport, 5 houses away to the bus stop and the centre of town is just a 1km away on a lovely flat beachfront path is where you’ll find cafes, shops and restaurants.

Kingscliff is a beautiful coastal town with many great beaches, creeks, and estuaries to enjoy year-round.
With the gorgeous Cudgen creek boasting a large array of sea life, many locals and visitors enjoy snorkelling through or fishing north of the bridge.
Local events are frequently held on the foreshore including surf competitions, festivals, and fundraisers. Beachside markets are held on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from 8am to 1pm.
Throughout the year dolphins frequent the river mouth, and between April to November the ocean comes alive with spectacular shows from humpback whales making their annual migration.
Kingscliff is the jewel of the Tweed Coast, enjoy the beautiful coastal atmosphere that the town brings, with plenty to see and do in and surrounding the town.
