This spacious two-storey villa comes with a private garden and a nine metre-long pool. A romantic canopied daybed sits on the timber deck, while a sunken lounge rests at the other end of the al fresco area. The villa also has two private entrances: one at the front and one at the back that’s accessed via a private garage. The open-plan living and dining room covers almost the whole of the villa’s air-conditioned first storey. It incorporates a powder room, pantry and a large kitchen fitted with a toaster, Bosch cooking appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. A 10-seater dining table looks out over the pool and garden, while the sitting area invites you to relax and tune in to your favourite shows on the 85-inch wall-mounted Smart TV. You can also play chess on the giant chessboard, provided in the villa here. You’ll find the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms upstairs, each furnished with a hotel-quality, king-size King Koil bed. Two bedrooms also feature a 65-inch Smart TV each, and connect to private balconies with garden views. The bedrooms have walk-through dressing rooms, where you will find a Dyson hairdryer and everything you need for clothes storage. The master bathroom is fitted with twin washbasins, and all bathrooms have shower areas finished with non-slip Paras river-rock floor tiles. The overhead rainshowers are supplemented by handheld showers. POOL AREA: • The main pool measures 20m x 4m x 1.2m • Each villa has its own individual small pool that has no shallow end for kids • The main pool is heated, while the villa pools are at normal temperature • There are three lounge chairs and one pool umbrella at the main pool • Towels are provided at each villa • There is also a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower in the main pool. COMMON AREAS: • The villa has an air-conditioned living area conveniently located next to the dining area and kitchen.
