VILLA DESCRIPTION:
The two-storey villa has two private entrances: one at the front and one at the back that’s accessed via a private garage. The air-conditioned first storey features a spacious open-plan living and dining room and a large kitchen fitted with a toaster, Bosch cooking appliances and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a good-sized pantry and a powder room. A 10-seater dining table faces the pool and garden. Play chess at the living area, or relax and tune in to your favourite shows on the 85-inch wall-mounted Smart TV.
The master bedroom and two guest bedrooms are upstairs, each furnished with a king-size King Koil bed. Two bedrooms feature a 65-inch Smart TV each, and connect to private balconies with garden views. All bedrooms have walk-through dressing rooms, where you will find a Dyson hairdryer and everything you need for storing clothes. The master bathroom is fitted with twin washbasins; all bathrooms feature a rainshower each and are finished with non-slip Paras river-rock floor tiles.

KITCHEN & DINING:
- The kitchen is equipped with oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, wine fridge, water dispenser, as well as essential cooking tools, cutlery, and drinking glasses.
- The villa has a main indoor dining area features a rectangular table that seats 2-10 guests and a kitchen bar with seating for 2-6 guests.
- Private Chef service is available upon request at extra charge; All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, floating breakfast) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 15% handling fee.
PARKING:
Sufficient parking space available for one car or four motorbikes.
FOR FAMILIES:
- Baby cot is charged at USD 10 per unit per day and high chair is charged at USD 5 per unit per day.

- Children under 4 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
POOL AREA:
- The main pool measures 19m x 4m x 1.2m
- Each villa has its own individual small pool;
- Both are chlorinated pools and have no shallow end for kids;
- The main pool is heated, while the villa pools are at normal temperature;
- There are three lounge chairs and one pool umbrella at the main pool;
- Towels are provided at each villa pool.
SERVICES AT EXTRA CHARGE:
- A driver and car rental service is available upon request at approximately USD 60 nett (excluding petrol) for eight hours a day.
- Spa treatments, massages services and additional yoga sessions are available upon request (extra charge).
- Tours and activities such as art and cultural excursions, cooking class are available upon request (extra charge).
