- The home is accessed via a steep driveway, which may require careful navigation, especially in rainy or winter conditions.
- The road leading to the home is also steep and winding, typical of mountain terrain. A vehicle with all-wheel drive (AWD) or four-wheel drive (4WD) is recommended, particularly in inclement weather.
- Property Manager provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests to provide the extra linens

Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional documentation before confirmation.
Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise, and unruly behavior are prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.
Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125, and there can be a maximum of 2 dogs per booking party.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including selfie/photo of government-issued ID matching the reservation name, and photo of payment method in the primary guest’s name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
