Welcome to our Coachella Mountain View Estate where all of your vacation wants and needs are met. You’ll feel warm light pour through the open layout as you make your way through this expansive, recently build home. KITCHEN/LIVING: The kitchen is outfitted with upgraded new stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, fully equipped with various gadgets such as expresso maker, blenders etc. and plenty of dishware for large groups, all that and more will exceed all of your culinary expectations. The white and bright kitchen that is airy and spacious, with plenty of space for all your culinary aspirations will encourage you to stay in the kitchen. OUTDOOR LIVING: Venture out to the outdoor patio for the fun in the sun. Outside you’ll soak up the California sun while relaxing poolside. For those that may want a break from sunbathing, you can enjoy the brand new pergola that offers a relaxing break from the desert sun. The pool and spa are new, plastered with pebble tec, with comfortable new patio furniture and new charcoal BBQ. The oversized spa is perfect for enjoying a quiet evening of stargazing after a long day of exploring. As everyone migrates to the yard, you’ll have the grill fired up should you decide to BBQ. All of your guests will be comfortable with ample outdoor seating complete with dining set, lounging set, lounges and comfortable loveseats by the firepit. For those who decide to stay up a little later, the fire pit is a perfect feature with which to wind down the day. *Charcoal grill *Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. POOL|SPA: Pool: $150/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa only: $45/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 10-20 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 30 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment. *Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available from mid September to mid May. GAMES/ENTERTAINMENT: This home also features an incredible game room featuring: foosball, poker table, shuffle board, arcade basketball game, skiball, arcades (nascar racer), ample board games (over a dozen + card & drinking games) and basketball net over the swimming pool for all your entertainment needs. Outdoors there is putting green, spikeball, connect 4, corn hole, ping pong (table tennis), plenty of green space for your friends or children to roam around. BEDROOMS/BATHS: The 6 bedrooms are ready with linens and plush bedding for a comfortable stay. Each of the 4 full bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Check out the TVs located throughout house and know that you and your friends/ family will be able to relax and enjoy their time here. Complementary cable is included. You’ll also stay connected with highest speed, unlimited Wi-Fi included. This home features comfortable bedrooms all with their own unique charms. Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. Master bedroom upstairs has full en-suite bathroom. All other bathrooms are shared. Air Mattresses are available upon request, prior to check-in. PARKING: We have 4 parking spots in the driveway, along the property on the street, in front of the property only. Thank you in advance for your understanding and following regulations set by the city. **No parking due to street cleaning from 7am-3pm on 1st & 3rd Tuesday each month. Guests are responsible for any parking violations/tickets.** EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out. *Please note - check-in instructions are sent 48 hours prior to your arrival. CHECKOUT DUTIES: If you could kindly start a load of pool towels and a load of white towels in the washing machines, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much. CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour in advance notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. There is a $75 non refundable fee for the first pets stay and $25 non refundable fee for each additional pet. We will collect this fee after booking is completed. NOTE: Please do not have any packages mailed to the home. We do not have access to owner mailboxes. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that arrive to the home. PERSONAL ITEMS: Items left behind after check out are not our responsibility. You are welcome to come back to the home, if convenient and no guests in the home, to retrieve. We will do our best to return your items to you, as we do our shipping twice a month. The 1st and the 15th. Shipping costs are passed on to the guest. FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with a discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable with additional deposit requirement. SWIMMING POOL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF ALL CLAIMS AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK ("Waiver & Release") In utilizing the swimming pool amenities ("pool"), you Will be expressly assuming the risk, legal liability, waiver, And release of all claims for injuries, damages, loss or Death which you, your family members, guests, invitees And licensees (collectively, "Pool Area Users") might Sustain as a result of utilizing any and all amenities Connected with and associated with the pool. I and the Pool Area Users agree to abide with the rules of The pool ("Pool Rules"). I Understand that landlord, its Officials, directors, agents, employees, volunteers and Representatives (collectively, "landlord") retain the right To restrict access to the pool for the failure of any person to comply with the Pool rules. WARNING! THERE ARE OBVIOUS KNOWN DANGERS INHERENT IS SWIMMING ACTIVITIES. FOR EXAMPLE: PHYSICAL INJURY, AND IN SOME CASES, DEATH. I. INDEMNIFICATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY In exchange for the landlord allowing me to voluntarily Utilize the pool, I understand and agree to: ASSUME AND ACCEPT ALL RISKS arising out of, Associated with or related to my and the Pool Area Users’ Use of the pool, even though such risks may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord; 2. BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGE which I and the Pool Area Users may sustain while using the pool, even though such injury, damage, loss or death may have been caused by the negligence of the Landlord; INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS Landlord from any And all claims, demands, actions, liability or costs, Including attorneys’ fees, which might arise out of my or The Pool Area Users’ use of the pool, even though such Claims, demands, actions and costs may have been Caused by the negligence of the Landlord. a) has the effect of releasing, discharging, waiving, and forever relinquishing any and all actions or causes of action that I may have or have had, whether past, present or future, whether known or unknown, and, whether anticipated or unanticipated by me, arising out of my or the Pool Users’ use of the pool; b) constitutes a complete release, discharge and waiver of any and all actions or causes of action against Landlord; c) applies to personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death which I and the Pool Area Users may suffer, even if caused by the negligent acts or omissions of others; d) is an affirmative representation that I am assuming full responsibility for any and all risk of death or or personal injury or property damage suffered by me and the Pool Users while utilizing the pool; and e) is binding on me, my spouse, my heirs, my personal representatives, my assigns, my children and any Guardian ad litem for said children. I. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT I acknowledge that by using the pool I have read this Waiver & Release and that I understand the words and language in it. I further understand that this waiver & Release is intended to be broad and inclusive and Governed by the laws of the state of California, and i agree that if any portion is held invalid, the remainder of the Waiver & Release will continue in full legal force and effect. I further agree that the venue for any legal proceedings shall be in the county of Los Angeles, State of California. I have read and fully understand the above important information, the potential dangers incidental to using the pool, the warning of risks, assumption of risk and Waiver & Release of all claims, and I voluntarily choose to use the Pool.
