The sliding door leads to a covered deck with a high top table that seats two. You are surrounded by lush landscaping, palm trees and views of the Sound. The private bath has a double vanity with granite top and a walk-in shower with a glass block wall. It is beautiful! The guest bedroom is straight back from the entrance. It has the same dark hardwood floors that are throughout the villa. There are two queen beds and a 32" Roku TV. There is access to the outdoor wraparound deck with a café style table and two chairs. Same beautiful views of the landscaping and Sound. The ensuite bath has a double vanity with granite top and a tub/shower combination. You can access this bathroom from the hallway as well. The living room is off to the right of the entrance. It has a light blue queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat, coastal printed rocking chair, one accent chair and a 50” Samsung cable TV. There is a cabinet full of books, puzzles and games for your family entertainment. The sliding door opens up to the wraparound balcony where there is a high top table that seats four. The balcony also connects to the kitchen and dining area and both bedrooms. The completely updated kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with 3 seats. The adjacent dining area seats 6 with a slider leading to the deck with an awning and an outdoor table that seats 4. Beachside Tennis has its own pool and beach path and is an easy walk to South Beach Marina for water sports, dining, and shopping.
