You’ll enter into the open concept living; living room, dining, and kitchen open so that all the family can gather together. The living room is decked out with shag rugs and pillows-- all the coziness you need after a long day at the beach, or first thing in the morning with a cup of joe.
Next, step into our stainless-steel KitchenAid-equipped kitchen, where you’ll find everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for your family and friends. From the plush dining room seating for 6 to the additional seats at the kitchen island (3 more!), there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy a meal together.
But the real highlight? Our wet bar and wine fridge – perfect for mixing up your favorite cocktails or enjoying a glass of wine as you unwind after a day at the beach. And speaking of the beach, with beach access less than a mile away, you’re just a short stroll or ride from sinking your toes into the soft sand and soaking up the Florida sunshine.
After a day of sun and surf, retreat to one of our luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom and smart TV. With exposed brick and special ceiling details, every room is designed for comfort and relaxation. And for the kids, our bunk room comes complete with a sitting area for play and games – ensuring fun for the whole family!

- Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access - The Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access, which is the largest public beach access in Walton County, is conveniently located just 0.9 miles away and can be easily reached by walking or biking. This beach access offers several amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking space, and lifeguard services during the season.
- Phillips Inlet Beach Access - (0.6 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on ’N Walton Lakeshore Drive’, and that runs you right in to the beach access. (No public parking)
- Lupine Beach Access - (0.9 miles away) You can cross over HWY 98 on ’N Walton Lakeshore Drive’, and that runs you right into the beach access at Phillips. Lupine is located at the end of ’Walton Magnolia Ln’. (No public parking)
