Trust & Safety Fee Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. Property Access & Maintenance From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Property Manager reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice.
