Private patio with Adirondack chairs and grill. Shared access to the hot tub and infinity swim spa. Spacious yard with plenty of parking, peaceful views, badminton, and cornhole. Complimentary bikes available for guest use! INDOOR LIVING: Smart TV in living room, electric fireplace, dining table with seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans, laptop-friendly workspace, single-level home KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener BATHROOMS: One full ensuite bath and one 3/4 bath with a walk-in shower and optional ensuite access. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay. GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials. PARKING: Two-car attached garage with EV charger, plus additional space in the driveway and RV parking available! Guests should drive slowly and use caution when entering or leaving the property. FAQ: The hot tub and swim spa are available by reservation through an online scheduler provided at booking. These are shared spaces with others on the property. Please note: the main house, cottage, and their private yards are off limits to guests.
