This wonderful 4th row beach escape at 30 North Forest Beach is perfect for one or two families. The home has a large fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, including a Frigidaire side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, new white cabinets and a glass top stove. There are two dining areas that are open to each other with seating for 6 at each table and a 40” TV located in perfect view for the chef to enjoy while preparing the meals.
The living area is cozy with a large sectional sofa, 50” SMART TV about the fireplace and a table with two chairs for getting work done or playing games. The sliding glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the dining and living area allow the bright South Carolina sunshine to enhance your day! It all overlooks the pool area. The pool patio has plenty of seating with two tables; one that seats 8 and the other seats 4; 4 lounge chairs for getting that vacation tan and an additional 4 chairs. There is also a Weber propane grill for your outdoor dining pleasure.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom has a king bed, 40” TV and en-suite that has a single vanity and tub/shower combo. The other two guest rooms on this floor each have a 32" Roku TV, a single twin bed and pyramid bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top. These two bathrooms share a jack n jill bathroom with double vanity and new walk-in shower.
A few steps up lead you to the third floor master bedroom featuring a king size bed, 40” TV inside a beautiful armoire and an en-suite with double vanity, walk-in closet and brand new walk-in double shower! This 3rd floor bedroom has a private balcony perched high above the pool and deck with 2 Adirondack chairs.
