This stunning historic mansion offers 5 luxurious bedrooms and 7 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include 1 California King, 4 Queen beds, and 2 XL Full beds. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed with plush Ritz-Carlton-quality mattresses, premium linens, and elegant seating areas such as cozy armchairs or charming bistro tables.
Bedroom 1 – Located on the third floor and integrated into the living space, this spacious bedroom features 2 Queen beds. Ideal for groups or families, this space effortlessly combines sleeping comfort with lounging flexibility.
Bedroom 2 – A tranquil retreat on the second floor, this private room boasts a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom, making it a perfect space for those seeking a bit more privacy.
Bedroom 3 – Found on the third floor, this cozy and tastefully decorated bedroom features a Queen bed and soothing natural light—ideal for restful sleep.

All rooms are equipped with individually controlled Mini-Split A/C and Heating Units, offering personalized climate control. Please note: as a historic property, insulation and cooling are charmingly imperfect.

Parking is available for free on the streets, first come first serve basis!
Additional free street parking is available, from 6 PM to 7 AM, at the Denver Retirement parking lot at the corner of 8th and Pearl Street open lot.
Please note: The alley and the back area belong to the carriage house property and are not for use. You may, however, use the front of the alley for loading and unloading only, as well as the loading zone for loading and unloading.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
