Masterfully rebuilt in 2020, this modern three-bedroom home boasts over 3,100 square feet of living space and a huge wraparound deck. Grill, dine, and relax alfresco or play ping-pong and Xbox in the game room. You’ll love the built-in bar, sunny California room, and convenient covered parking.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a bed, futon, smart TV, and a gas fireplace. Sip a crisp drink at the built-in bar for four. The game room is equipped with a sectional, smart TV with Xbox, and ping-pong, foosball, and game tables. The California room features floor-to-ceiling windows that look out to the trees. Sliding glass panels open to the deck.
KITCHEN & DINING
Prepare delicious meals in the upscale kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of modern stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining table seats eight.
BED & BATH
The primary bedroom has a California king bed and a gas fireplace. The en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.
