The Resort:
Pili Mai was built in 2019 and features plantation-style design, cobblestone drives, tropical gardens, a large swimming pool, a children’s pool, spa, and an air-conditioned fitness room. It is nestled between Kiahuna Golf Club and the beautiful Poipu beaches: just 1 mile to Kiahuna Beach, 1.2 miles to Brennecke’s Beach, 1.8 miles to Lawai Beach, and 2 miles to Shipwreck Beach.
The Condo:
14-J is a garden-level, single-floor spacious vacation villa with a fully appointed granite and stainless steel kitchen, tons of counter space, a huge central island with casual counter seating, and tons of storage for your groceries. NO STEPS! The easy walk-out lanai opens directly to a verdant lawn bordered by tropical flower beds. Beach chairs and other accoutrements are in their own locker near the front entrance of the unit for easy access as you load up for the day’s adventures.
The Peacock Suite boasts a king bed, Smart TV, walk-in shower with mosaic tile floor, walk-in closet, double-sink granite vanity, and separate water closet.
The Pineapple Suite features a king bed, Smart TV, and its own full bathroom with a soaking tub/shower combo and single-sink granite vanity.
The Keiki Room is versatile and is customarily set up as two twin beds. It can be rearranged as another king if you will provide advanced notice.
The third full bathroom is accessed from the living area and features a soaking tub/shower combo and single-sink granite vanity.

The Location:
Welcome to Poipu on the sunny South Shore of the Garden Island of Kaua’i. Enjoy a string of golden sand beaches, coastal nature walks along the Maha’ulepu Heritage Trail, a wide range of dining options, boutique shopping, National Tropical Botanical Gardens, a Robert Trent Jones II designed golf course, snorkeling, surfing, and beachcombing all within 8 minutes of your accommodations. Willing to adventure a bit farther? It’s just a 20-minute drive to board a boat tour of the spectacular Na Pali coast. An hour by car will place you on the edge of the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific" at Waimea Canyon State Park. Just a bit farther is Koke’e State Park, covered in forest, wildflowers, and hiking trails, making it an excellent spot to see native plants and colorful endemic Hawaiian forest birds like the apapane, iwi, and moa. Koke’e also offers roughly 45 miles of the state’s finest hiking trails.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
Pool and Spa Improvement Notice
Please be advised that construction of the Spa and Keiki (Children’s) Pool is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 17, following Presidents’ Day weekend.
The project is expected to take approximately 4–6 weeks to complete. During this time, certain pool areas may be temporarily unavailable, and guests may experience limited access and construction-related noise during daytime hours.
For everyone’s safety, guests are asked to follow all posted signage and avoid designated construction zones.
We appreciate your understanding as these improvements are made to enhance the amenities for future stays.
