Beautiful oceanfront property featuring a private gated home with two additional separate king Bedroom Suites, each with private entrances. Enjoy unobstructed ocean views of the Pacific Ocean, Kona Coast, and Kahalu’u Beach with stunning sunsets. This property includes a gorgeous solar-heated glass tile swimming pool with a spa.
Our home is named ’Hale Maluhia,’ ’House of Peace.’ It truly is the perfect place to gather with family and friends to relax and rejuvenate on the soothing Big Island of Hawaii. We invite you to come and enjoy our traditional Hawaiian-style tropical retreat for a relaxing vacation.
This traditional Hawaiian Style home is divided into three areas but only rented all together; the Main Hale, the Lower Garden Suite, and the Ohana Suite. Each area is oceanfront with beautiful ocean views and cooling tropical breezes. The floor, ceiling fans, and trade winds provide a truly comfortable environment as NO AC is available. This home is beautifully anointed with traditional Hawaiian decor and comfortable furnishings.
The Main Hale features the full kitchen, dining, and entertaining center of the property in addition to the Primary Bedroom Suite with king bed accommodations and a private bath. The Great Room includes a generously stocked kitchen with upscale utensils and cookware and an indoor dining area with seating for 8. The living room area features a big-screen smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi. In the foyer sitting area, there is a couch queen hide-a-bed and an additional full bath in the Main Hale. The spacious lanai adds to the indoor/outdoor flow of the Main Hale with spectacular views, ample outdoor seating, and amazing outdoor grilling with the ’Green Egg’ or gas Barbecue.
The Lower Garden Suite features a very private Bedroom with a full bath and king bed accommodations. It has a private entrance, a comfortable sitting area with a queen hide-a-bed-couch, TV, microwave, and a mini refrigerator.
The Ohana Suite also has king bed accommodations with a full bath, a private sitting area with ’two’ twin couch Hide-a-beds, TV, kitchenette with a microwave and a mini refrigerator, and a private lanai.
This property is located on Ali’i Drive with access through our private gate. There is a large private parking area next to the home.
