Welcome to 908 Inverness Village in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes Resort! This newly renovated villa offers three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, all new flooring, furniture, kitchen and private back deck with golf course views!
The bright and comfortable living room has a sofa, matching loveseat, oversized armchair and 55" Roku TV. Behind the living room is the dining table with six chairs and views out to the back deck and golf course.
The completely renovated kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful backsplash. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with seating for four.
On the main floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and 32" SMART TV. The hall guest bathroom has granite single vanity and walk-in shower.
On the second floor you will have the master bedroom with king bed, desk, 48" Roku TV, private bathroom and private deck. The master bathroom has a double vanity with granite counter-tops and walk-in shower.
The final guest room offers two double beds, 32" SMART TV and uses the hall bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Relax outside on your private deck while watching the passing golfers! The back deck has a comfortable outdoor sofa, two chairs, BBQ gas grill and glass-top dining table with six chairs and umbrella!
The Inverness Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is only a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site swimming pool and community tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis courts, fishing and miles of bike paths.
