5308 Hampton Place is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront villa with incredible views of the beach in Palmetto Dunes. Updated beautifully with new LVP flooring, the open floor plan captures great views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the living area, kitchen, big deck and two bedrooms.
You enter into the dining room where there is a table that seats six. To the right is the newly updated kitchen with quartz counter tops, new stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove. There are two bar stools at the counter and a kitchen table that seats four. Right off the kitchen is a king size bedroom with 24” Roku TV. Sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony with a round table that seats four plus two additional chairs. Gorgeous ocean views! The ensuite has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
The living room has a new beige sofa with matching love seat and two additional chairs plus a 50” Samsung TV. Another room with spectacular ocean views. Adjacent to the living room is the third bedroom with a king size bed, white desk and 24” Roku TV. This room has a private balcony with two rocking chairs. A great place to have your morning coffee or read a book. The ensuite has two separate vanities, jetted garden tub and walk-in shower.
To the right of the entrance is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Down this hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo then a bedroom with two twin beds and a 24” Roku TV.
Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops.
