Enjoy the ocean view from this two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa that is the ideal getaway for families and friends. Its 4th floor location and a three-panel sliding door that opens up to a wide patio provide stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, plus you’ll have access to a number of shared pools, the beach nearby, and more amenities at Island Club! Below, manicured walkways among the lush vegetation lead you to the beach, the pool, hot tub, and the complex’s picnic area, fishing lagoon, fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts. A short drive from the villa gets you to the alluring shops, restaurants, and spas of Hilton Head.
The condo’s modern kitchen boasts new granite countertops and custom cabinets while casual seating lures you into the living room, which offers a sofa bed and a 46-inch flat screen TV for entertaining and relaxing. In the master bedroom, you’ll find a king-size bed, a 30-inch flat screen TV, a private bathroom with walk-in shower, and additional patio access. The second bedroom contains both a queen and twin-size bed and a 30-inch flat screen TV, as well as access to the full bathroom in the hallway. Wi-Fi lets you keep in touch with friends back home and a private washer/dryer lets you take care of any laundry.
Island Club is an oceanfront villa complex located in the Folly Field area next door to the Westin Resort Hotel. Beautifully landscaped grounds with walkways that lead to the beach and sundeck. The complex features 9 tennis courts with 7 clay and 2 Har-Tru, a fitness center, basketball courts and fishing lagoons. There are charcoal and gas grills on site, a picnic area by the beach with lawn games such as corn hole and lawn golf as well as a children’s playground. The pools are centrally located in the complex. There is a zero-entry children’s pool with a mushroom fountain, hot tub, a tanning shelf and a large lap pool. The pools can be seasonally heated. You can also rent bikes on site as well.

For shopping and dining experiences though, Harbour Town in Sea Pines Resort or Shelter Cove Towne Centre are recommended spots featuring an array of shops, restaurants and entertainment options.
