Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Guest-only parking is available for scooters & 1 car
- - Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per villa – group bookings welcome upon request
- - Check-in time is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 PM.
- - Additional guests must be confirmed before booking
- - Housekeeping is provided 3x/week | Pool & garden maintenance 2x/week
- - Floating breakfast & private chef available with advance notice
- - Guests are welcome to store luggage between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM for early arrivals or late departures. Let us know in advance to arrange this service.
- - No parties | Quiet hours after 10 PM
- - All taxes & service fees are included—no hidden charges
- - Bali is a tropical island. You might see insects or mosquitoes around, but don’t worry, we provide insect spray and skin repellent for your comfort. We also regularly carry out pest control to keep the villa as comfortable as possible.
