The entrance features a ramp up to the front door, ideal for those with mobility impairment. The single level design and no-lip shower entrances makes moving around easier for those with mobility aids or difficulty with stairs. The front patio is a welcoming space for a quiet moment for two on the Adirondack chairs, overlooking the front courtyard. Feel at ease knowing your little ones are safe at The Beach Casa, with a fully-fenced yard that includes both a front courtyard and a small grassy area at the rear, ideal for safe and secure play.
Deck:
The generous outdoor deck sets the perfect scene for holiday memories, accessed via the triple glass sliders which bring the outside in. Whether it’s whipping up BBQ family meals, enjoying a morning coffee while listening to the ocean sounds, or relaxing on the comfy outdoor couch with your favourite book, this deck has the space. The high ceilings and brand-new timber decking add a premium feel to this special outdoor space, complete with ceiling fan. Festoon lights create a gorgeous ambience for your holiday evenings on the deck, soaking up family time and sunset skies. The ample outdoor table offers plenty of space for alfresco meals.
Lounge:
The comfortable 5-seater lounge is perfect for resting after a long day exploring and enjoying the beach. An electric fireplace heater adds a cosy touch, with flickering faux flames that create the ambience of a real fire without the fuss. The Smart TV with soundbar and WiFi ensure you have access to all your streaming accounts and to stay connected in your home away from home. The high ceilings enhance the sense of space, while on warmer days, you can utilise the split-system AC or open the louvres and use the ceiling fan to keep the home cool.
Kitchen/Dining:
The streamlined kitchen includes all of the essentials for your cooking needs away from home, including a large French-door fridge with water and craft ice maker, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Delonghi Nespresso pod machine with milk frother, and airfryer. A skylight overhead fills the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere as you try your hand at something new crafted from one of the many supplied cookbooks.
The frosted louvres provide privacy or a beautiful breeze, creating a seamless connection between the kitchen and dining areas while enhancing both with soft natural light and airflow. The timber dining table is great for fitting the whole family for special occasions or group meals. Enjoy a light meal or connecting with your loved ones over the breakfast bar, which includes 3 bar stools.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, ceiling fan and split system airconditioning for your comfort. The attached ensuite is beautifully designed and features a skylight above the spacious shower, plus a toilet and sink for your convenience. The heated towel rack adds a touch of luxury, thoughtfully selected for those cooler evenings.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 feature Queen beds and ceiling fans. Bedroom 4 is fitted with a King Single bed and single fold out sofa couch. Bedroom 2, 3 and 4 conveniently attach to the deck pathway, making outdoor access easy and enhancing the indoor-outdoor flow of the home. All bedrooms include louvres, perfect for allowing the ocean breezes into your resting space.
Bathroom:
The main bathroom is beautifully illuminated by a skylight above the spacious shower, which features both a rain shower head and an adjustable handheld option. This natural light highlights the room’s stylish design, complete with twin sinks and a heated towel rack. The separate toilet is conveniently located adjacent the bathroom. The laundry features a washing machine and dryer, internal vend-a-line for clothes airing, plus iron and board for your convenience.
The property backs on to the Casuarina Hockey Club fields, providing ample green space for your family to enjoy.
Parking is available for 1-2 smaller vehicles in the driveway behind the gate, with additional street parking available for extra cars.
