Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Respect the Property: This home is privately owned, and considerable effort has been invested in its décor, bedding, and furniture to provide a comfortable experience. Please treat the space with care to avoid any damage fees.
- Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment for all residents and neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Pets: Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties. Please confirm the property you booked is pet-friendly before bringing any animals. Additional pet fees may apply.
- Check-In/Check-Out Times:
- Check-In: After 4:00 PM
- Check-Out: By 10:00 AM Please adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
- Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy for this property is limited to the number of guests the property was listed for at the time of booking. Please do not exceed this limit.
- No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed. Unauthorized events may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
