This charming four-bedroom Wimbledon family home is a fantastic base for both city visits and local exploring. Comfortably sleeping seven guests, with space for an additional child, it’s ideally located just a short walk from Southfields tube station for direct access to central London. The world-famous All England Lawn Tennis Club is within easy reach, and the charming boutiques and cafés of Wimbledon Village are just up the road.
Step into a welcoming hallway and you’ll find a delightful children’s playroom to your right, complete with toys and a TV. Discreet sliding doors lead to a more formal sitting room, designed for adults to unwind, with two large sofas and a second TV. A few steps down at the rear of the house is the spacious and light-filled kitchen, fully equipped for family meals and entertaining. Choose between the generous kitchen island or the dining table overlooking the garden. Sliding doors open onto a lovely walled garden with a patio, outdoor seating, and astro turf lawn - perfect for summer barbecues and relaxed evenings.
Also on the ground floor is a guest WC under the stairs and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for added convenience.
On the first floor is a stylish bathroom in soft pink tones, featuring a walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A serene bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the garden, complete with bedside tables and hanging rail. Up a few stairs leads you to the spacious master suite with super-king bed, desk, and fitted wardrobes. The luxurious en-suite includes twin sinks, a walk-in shower, and a deep roll-top bath - a perfect spot for unwinding.
The second floor houses a family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo, as well as a single bedroom with a pull-out mattress available upon request - ideal for a child.
On the top floor is a bright study with Juliet balcony and a trundle bed that sleeps two guests. Please note that the neighbouring room on this level will be closed off.

No smoking, pets or parties. There is a train line that runs behind the house; it’s a soft rumble but is unlikely to disturb your stay. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
