Nestled on the TART Trail, this bright and well-equipped unit is perfect for couples, families, or a small group of friends looking to explore everything Northern Michigan has to offer – from Mission Peninsula wine tours to vibrant dining and shopping scenes.

This comfortable unit features one bedroom with a queen-size bed, soft linens, and ample closet space. For additional guests, the living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa and a twin rollaway bed, allowing up to 5 guests total. A Pack N Play, toys, and children’s games are also available for traveling families.

Enjoy the spacious full bathroom with a shower/tub combo and plenty of space for everyone to get ready. Fresh towels, hair dryer, and essential toiletries are provided.

The open-concept kitchen and living area create a warm and inviting space to cook, dine, and relax together. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a toaster, blender, Instapot, and a coffee/tea station. Seating for 5 is available at the dining table, and there’s a high chair for little ones.
After a day of exploring, unwind in the cozy living room with a large flatscreen smart TV, a variety of board games and books, and plush seating. The unit opens to a walk-out patio, perfect for sipping coffee or enjoying some fresh air.

Free onsite parking in the open lot without designated parking spots. Can park 3 cars per building instructions. Guests also have access to the 4th-floor community room—a great space for working remotely, socializing or playing some games with a larger group. Secure indoor bike storage is available as well!
