If these are tampered with in any way, your booking will be cancelled, you will be asked to leave, and no refunds will be issued. • This property has a pool. The pool is serviced by a professional contractor and is carried out every four (4) weeks. You are aware and agree that upon booking this property that you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on top of regular pool maintenance. • This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service. • This property has a noise monitoring device which management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately. • This property has 2 showers and to access both showers you will be required to step over raised hobs. • All bicycles provided for guest use are provided "as is" and are to be used at your own risk. • This property has a staircase to take you from the ground floor to the first floor. - Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. You will also be given the choice between authorising a security deposit of $750 (2% admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection.
