• Access is via a pedestrian gate with a lockbox onsite for a smooth & easy check-in.
• From the moment you enter through a private pedestrian gate, you are greeted by lush green gardens and a green lawn to the front courtyard, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.
• As you pass through two beautiful timber front doors adorned with decorative glass panels, the grandeur of the space becomes evident.

• This property has a pool. The pool is serviced by a professional contractor and is carried out every four (4) weeks. You are aware and agree that upon booking this property that you may find leaf debris in the pool which is out of our control due to environmental reasons ie: the weather - we cannot control the weather! There is a pool scoop you are welcome to use during your stay to remove any leaf debris! Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the pool servicing to take place so we can keep on top of regular pool maintenance.
• This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on top of this service.
• This property has a noise monitoring device which management checks regularly at all hours. If this device is disconnected during your stay, we will be notified of this disconnection, and you will be at risk of having your booking cancelled immediately.
• This property has 2 showers and to access both showers you will be required to step over raised hobs.
