This 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse boasts an expansive waterfront view where you can watch the boats pass by from the large deck and screened-in porch or relax in the pool located just across the way.
You enter into the kitchen which has been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances including a flat top stove and granite counter tops. Light hardwood floors go throughout the dining room and living room and you have beautiful views of the Sound. There is ample seating in the dining room at the glass topped table for eight. There is a bookcase full of books and puzzles for your family entertainment.
In the family room you will find new furniture including two light blue sofas, one accent chair and a 55” Samsung flat screen TV mounted over the fireplace. The sliding glass doors open to the screened-in porch with ceiling fan, a round table that seats four plus two rocker chairs. Go down a few stairs to the large outdoor deck and BBQ on the Weber grill while watching sunsets, boats come and go or the dolphins playing in their natural habitat. The deck has bench seating and four Adirondack chairs.
The downstairs also offers two carpeted bedrooms: a king bedroom with an accent chair and 42” TV plus access to the screened-in porch and views of the Sound. This room has a private bath including double vanities and a walk-in shower. In the hall there is a bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower. Then a twin bedroom (2 twin beds) with a 37” TV.
Upstairs you will find the laundry room at the top of the stairs plus another king bedroom offering privacy and solitude. There is a rocking chair, 32” TV and large walk-in closet plus more of those wonderful water views. The private full bath has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
The Lands End complex features an on-site pool and 2 private parking spaces per property. You are also a short walk or bike ride to the beach and South Beach Marina Village shops, restaurants, water activities and nightly entertainment. This is the perfect Sea Pines villa for your next Hilton Head vacation!
