Recently renovated with upgraded, luxury bathrooms, this three-level condo is as spacious as most houses and has a view of the beach from its patio and balcony. In addition to making a splash at the beach, guests can swim in the shared pool.
This Sound Villas condo is in the Sea Pines Plantation area that is at the southern end of Hilton Head Island, near shopping and dining venues, water sports facilities, and nature tours. The home is situated on the Calibogue Sound and guests are just steps away from the beach. The condo complex has a shared pool, and the home offers an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, a patio with seating, and a balcony with an electric grill.
The main living room offers a 55" Roku TV and the downstairs den offers a 42" Roku TV and sleeper sofa. Each of the bedrooms has a 32" Roku TV as well. There is a dining table that seats eight, a children’s table-and-chair set, a high chair and a fully equipped kitchen. This family-friendly home also offers two pack n’ plays- one in second floor closet, and one in the third floor back bedroom. There is also have a crib mattress in the second floor closet. In the primary bedroom, large windows overlook the Sound with a newly-remodeled bathroom featuring a walk in rain shower and double vanity.
