Located just a 3-minute stroll from Eastern Lake, this spot gives you easy access to both the lake and a private beach entrance. For those who prefer a quicker drive, public beach access is just 2 minutes away, perfect for spontaneous shoreline visits, morning walks, or sunset views.
Inside, the condo features a clean, open layout with a bright white interior that creates a calm and refreshing space. The living area offers a comfy sofa and a TV setup ideal for relaxing after a sun-soaked day. It opens directly onto a private back balcony, a great place to sip your morning coffee or wind down after dinner. The kitchen is fully stocked with everyday essentials including a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, and microwave. Everything you need is here, whether you’re making a quick breakfast or cooking a meal after a farmer’s market visit.
Share stories and meals around the dining table with seating for four, plus additional spots at the breakfast bar. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience, especially during longer stays.

There’s even a place to rent kayak and canoes right next door at Yellowfin Ocean Sports. Grab your gear and you can paddle or kayak your way from Eastern Lake right to the Gulf waters. The complex backs up to Point Washington State Forest for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Grab a lounger and relax by the pool with a cool drink. Have a picnic on the lush green lawns after you grill up a BBQ feast on one of the community grills. You’re minutes from everywhere you want to be at Heron’s Watch.
