PRIVATE STRUCTURE (rental only) - Nestled in the greenery of a secluded valley and surrounded by lush woods and rolling hills, Ca Seppe is a splendid stone residence with private pool, which combines the rustic charm of traditional Marche architecture with modern comforts designed for relaxation. Located near the splendid Urbino, a city of art declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the villa represents an ideal refuge for families and groups of friends in search of tranquility, culture and beauty. With its large furnished porch, the large fenced garden and the elegant swimming pool surrounded by hedges and trees, the property offers well-kept and private spaces, perfect also for those traveling with pets. The welcoming interiors, with exposed wooden beams, stone fireplaces and handcrafted furnishings, evoke the warm atmosphere of country houses, giving guests an authentic stay in the heart of the Marche.
The villa is spread over two levels and offers large and functional spaces, furnished with rustic taste and equipped with all comforts. The large outdoor space and the independence of the family suite make this home particularly versatile for stays dedicated to privacy and relaxation.
The villa is reached via a white dirt road, not suitable for low or sports cars.

The house is on two floors connected by an internal staircase.
GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, TV lounge with second fireplace, laundry room, bathroom.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom, bedroom with two bunk beds, bathroom with tub, double bedroom with private bathroom (shower).
FAMILY SUITE (with independent entrance with external staircase, internally connected to the rest of the first floor): double bedroom with private bathroom (shower) and washing machine, kitchen with fireplace, double sofa bed.
PARK
The well-kept garden, bordered by a green mesh fence 1.20 to 1.40 m high, extends over approximately 1500 m2 and offers a lush natural environment with tall trees and shaded areas ideal for relaxing. The large green spaces are perfect for families with children and animals.
POOL
The private pool, with beige PVC lining and oxygen filtration system, measures 10 x 5 m with a uniform depth of 1.40 m. It is accessible via comfortable Roman steps and has internal and external lighting, ideal for pleasant baths even in the evening. The brick solarium, furnished with sun loungers, fits harmoniously into the natural context of the garden, offering a perfect space for outdoor relaxation.

The location of Ca Seppe, in the heart of the Marche hinterland, offers a perfect balance between nature, culture and tradition. A few minutes’ drive away is Urbino, a wonderful Renaissance city included among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites, famous for the Palazzo Ducale and the House of Raphael. In the surrounding area you can explore historic villages such as Sassocorvaro, with its imposing Rocca Ubaldinesca, Mercatello sul Metauro, Sant’Angelo in Vado and Urbania, each with its own artistic and cultural heritage. For nature and hiking lovers, the nearby Furlo Nature Reserve, with its spectacular gorges carved into Mount Paganuccio, offers breathtaking landscapes and panoramic trekking routes.
