RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE - I Gelsi is a beautiful, recently renovated villa featuring an infinity pool with a hydromassage corner and a small beach, a wellness center with a jacuzzi and Turkish bath, a professional BBQ for barbecues, air conditioning in every room, and a charging station for electric vehicles. The geothermal and photovoltaic systems make this home even more comfortable, energy-efficient, and environmentally sustainable. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen with a living room and a spacious lounge with a sofa and fireplace, two bedrooms (one double and one twin with en-suite bathroom), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a wellness area with a jacuzzi and Turkish bath. The first floor features two apartments, each with a kitchen and living room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and two bathrooms with showers. The laundry area is on the second floor. The apartments are air conditioned. Outside, a large garden with an infinity pool equipped with sun loungers and a porch furnished with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Just a few kilometers away, the coast is about a 10-minute drive away. Here, you’ll find both public and private beaches with loungers, umbrellas, and children’s playgrounds. Nearby, don’t miss the historic hilltop village of Mondolfo and the imposing Rocca di Mondavio. The Terre Roveresche will welcome you with the flavors and aromas of the typical wines of these hills—Sangiovese and Bianchello—and Nocino, a walnut-based liqueur.
