Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking spots. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Pool: North Tower Pool access. Take a drive or walk up to the front of Barefoot Landing for the amazing large salt water pool. In addition, there is a hot tub. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Laundry: Private in-unit machines. Guests will have the townhouse to themselves (other than private owner closet). 2 parking spots are available for your stay. Ubers, Taxis, Lyfts, etc. are also readily available in our area. PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Routine pest control happens monthly at this townhouse via the HOA. Per their rules, the technician is required entry for this service. Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 8. PLEASE NOTE: 1. Depending on the booking platform, guests may be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2.
