The Apartment comes with two underground garage spaces and is situated on the raised ground floor with direct and quick access to the large infinity swimming pool and gardens. The entrance opens into a small hallway with the kitchen directly in front. The kitchen is modern with the latest appliances, a twin gas hob and four space induction cooktop that looks onto the varanda and the view beyond through a double set of glass patio doors. This makes cooking with a view, direct communication to family and friends sitting at the patio table a unique and social situation.
To the right of the entrance is the social toilet and to the left, beyond an artistic white screen is the open plan living and dining area.
