This space is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with your loved ones. Plus, the home features a rooftop deck with a magnificent 360-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay. You can take the stairs or the elevator to get to the main floor. Once there, you can relax in the spacious living room on the comfortable couch or the beautiful barrel chairs while streaming your favorite shows. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a wine refrigerator, a separate ice maker, a large closet pantry, and a six-burner gas Wolf Range stove. You can dine indoors at the modern dining table or enjoy your meals on the screened-in patio, which has a grand dining table and offers fantastic views of the beautiful, tropically landscaped backyard, creating a serene atmosphere. The primary bedroom is a peaceful haven with a comfortable king-sized bed and a screened-in lanai for relaxation. The ensuite bathroom has a stunning double vanity and a spacious step-in shower with built-in seating. The home’s washer and dryer are located right across the hall. The second and third bedrooms are beautifully decorated and provide ample room for your beach bags. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are designed for young kids and share a jack-n-jill bathroom with a shower and tub combination. In the third-floor hall bathroom is a shower and tub combo. Whether it be relaxing at the beach, visiting historical sites, or shopping at locally owned boutiques, AMI Memories is certain to provide your group with lots of vacation memories and will keep you coming back every year for more. - 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. This property does not allow pets.
