The Property Manager team’s opinion - Much care and attention has been lavished on the renovation of this stunning chalet, which is just 100m from the La Clusaz ski slopes and 1.5km from the centre of La Clusaz, where you will find plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. The stylish interior has been designed so that even when 12 people (8 adults max) are staying at Chalet Patagonia, everyone can find some privacy when they want it. Skilled local craftsmen were used to make much of the furniture, and the fittings are all of the highest quality. This attention to detail, combined with the chalet’s superb position close to the popular La Balme pistes, is sure to make your holiday very special. Sleeping up to 12 people (8 adults max) in five comfortable bedrooms with four bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax at Chalet Patagonia. There’s a large dining table where you can all eat together, and cosy chairs around an ethanol fireplace. Why not grab a bottle of wine from the wine cellar (payable at the end of your stay) to enjoy on the sunny balcony? The furnished terrace is the perfect place to catch some sun, enjoy a barbecue or perhaps relax in the Nordic hot tub after an active day in the mountains. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. Please note that the chalet is located on the road between La Clusaz and La Balme. The fireplace on the first floor is equipped with an ethanol fire. The barbecue is not available during winter time. The chalet sleeps 12 people (maximum 8 adults). NOTE: Instructions will be provided by the manager on arrival for the Nordic bath. SECURITY DEPOSIT We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage.
