It’s in a great location on the edge of the pretty village of Combloux. There are some steps to the entrance on the first floor, where you’ll find storage for coats and outdoor gear before heading in to the open plan living area, where a wall of windows fills the space with light and makes the most of the incredible views of Mont Blanc. There’s a cosy seating area with a television and a suspended fireplace to add cosiness on winter evenings, and a delightful dining area which opens on to a balcony - take a coffee and head out here for a bit of stargazing or enjoy a barbecue in the summer. The well-equipped kitchen has a central island where you can grab a bit of breakfast before heading out for the day, and there are doors to another terrace with a ski locker. There’s also a WC on this floor. Head upstairs to find a mezzanine games area with cushion seating and another television, where younger guests can make themselves at home. There’s also a triple bedroom with a set of bunk beds and a single bed and an en suite shower room, and a double room with views of Mont Blanc. There’s a separate shower room on this floor and another WC. There are two more bedrooms on the lower ground floor. Both are double bedrooms, one with a shower room and the other with an en suite bathroom and access to the garden. This floor also has a useful laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer, and a separate WC. There is sheltered car parking just 20m away from the chalet and a sheltered and secure bike storage for 5 bikes. Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included. The property is equipped with an outdoor bike rack, sheltered and secured. Two chalets are under construction behind Chalet Fanfoua until the end of summer 2026, and a neighbouring chalet is being renovated. The owner requires a €1,000 damage and excess cleaning guarantee to be set up before arrival. No funds are taken or blocked on your card. Your card details are securely held for up to 14 days after departure.
