In a few minutes by car you can reach the famous Riva Bianca and Punta di Grumo beaches, the lakeside promenades, or the trails that go up to the Grigna. From here it’s easy to visit Varenna, Bellagio, the Castle of Vezio or move to Lecco, Como, Milan or Bergamo. In the evening, you can choose whether to dine in one of the typical restaurants in the area or enjoy a dinner with a view on your private terrace . The property is accessed through a private driveway that leads to the double garage, also equipped with charging for electric cars . Inside, on the left, there is a bedroom with two single beds, perfect for children or friends. On the right, the main sleeping area with two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In the center there is a large living area, bright and welcoming, with two sofas, a dining table and a beautiful lake view. The kitchen, separated by a large glass door, is fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle) and a comfortable table for breakfast or for working in smart working . All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the internet connection is fast and stable, and every detail - from the finishes to the equipment - has been chosen to offer a living experience of the highest level.
