Keep in mind the house is located on a heavily trafficked street, so a street parking spot directly in front of the home may be tough to come by. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker - Living room - Backyard w/ hot tub and outdoor shower - 2 ocean view balconies with outdoor seating Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities. - NO PETS - Hot tub use and outdoor activities are prohibited between 9PM-8AM Guests will have access to the entire home, except the garage, which is reserved for owner’s storage. - Twin Lakes State Beach (steps from the sand!) - Capitola Village (10 minute drive) - Nearest grocery store (~10 minute drive) - Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk + Main Beach (15 minute drive) - The Mystery Spot (15 minute drive) - The Forest of Nisene Marks State Park (15 minute drive) - Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park (25 minute drive) - Monterey Bay Aquarium (1 hr drive) - The home is located in a lively beachside area, so you may hear some road noise and the sounds of people enjoying the nearby shore, especially during peak times. - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).
